Purchased because we’re tired of the extra space needed to open the clamshell luggage. Hotel rooms don’t provide too much space these days. This luggage is light weight. Good quality. Like the extra pockets an other extras.

First; this is a 25" Cambridge Spinner, not 27". Second; this was a reshipment due to the first being lost/damaged by UPS, and is the main reason I bought from Macys. They confirmed with UPS then sent out the replacement soon thereafter! More stores should have customer service this efficient! Aside from all that, the luggage is well-made, with loads of pockets inside, plus a large drawstring bag for soiled clothes, etc. Really appreciate the built-in TSA locks too!

Bought this Satchel in grey houndstooth to match the brown version my wife has from 5 years ago. They have definitely cheapened the hardware, took away the outside pockets, and the overall fabric + lining is thinner.

I have always had Samsonite luggage but the older wheels and having to walk while dragging at an angle was hurting my elbow joint and arm muscles. I found the smaller under the seat London Fog to be so easy to use and walk thru the airport with, so I ordered all 3 larger sizes in the collection and have donated the old Samsonite.
