Disappointed with carry on quality

I've purchased several London Fog suitcases in the past but really disappointed with the quality of this carry on. The outer fabric appears cheap & there isn't any straps to hold your clothes in place if suitcase is kept upright. For the price paid I expected more & will be returning this.

Great London fog suitcases

Just took my first trip withboth the 20 inch and 25 black and white herringbone. London fog has done a great job with both of these. Easy to pack zippers are great. I especially like the built-in lock on the 25 inch and the outside zippers on both.

Nice carry on with laptop pouch!

This is a well made suitcase and care and thought were put into it with attention to every detail. It looks so nice I almost don't want to take it anywhere.
