Poorly made. I purchased 2 different sizes. Took the smaller one on a flight and the entire zipper hardware was ripped off. No longer able to zip up the expander. Took the larger one on a different flight. The zipper tab was ripped off and the material did not hold up to the airline belt. Notice the ripped up material on the top corner and the 4-5 inch rip towards the bottom. These also soak up all the dirt around. Wasted money.

Even though I have not used my new set of London Fog Oxford lll luggage as of yet , I am in LOVE the look of this set. I am very pleased.

Great luggage. Sturdy, stylish and lightweight with plenty of inside pockets. I bought two other pieces to complete my set.

While I like the design of this case, the light weight and easy spin wheels, I am very disappointed with wear and tear. It claimed to be coated with a protector, yet there was a grease mark on it when I removed the label before use - and after one use it is covered with them on the front flap, as if this area missed the protection coat. I thought this would be a long-lasting, quality case, but I no longer think it will.

My mom has this exact same luggage but a 20" carryon, so I was looking for a bigger one to give her a matching set for mother's day, and this did not disappoint! I got it for a very reasonable price during the Mother's day sale, and she absolutely loves it! Not only is it cute, but it feels very strong and sturdy. 5/5 stars.

I used the luggage once and the handle twisted and will no longer retract into the suitcase. The suitcase was heavy but it should not have twisted.

Terrible quality

I love the suitcase but was very disappointed after my first trip to see how streaked and smudged the outside of the case was after one use. I’m not sure if it was the airport’s handling of it or if there’s a flaw in the suitcase’s manufacturing.
