Never got it

Never received this piece of luggage. Tried to locate. It was suppose to had gone to UPS store. which is really good about receiving my packages or my PO box. Neither one has been able to locate this bag. I keep talking to customer service to let them know it has not been received. I keep getti g the bill. I have a couple other pieces from a othe dept store. I like tbe color and the storage. Maybe O wpuld like this item too. I would recommend, based on the pieces I already have. I gave it a 1 because I like the picture and tried to order it.
