The London Fog regent 17" commuter backpack is designed for all your travel needs. Shoulder strap is padded, lightweight and adjustable. The interior provides plenty of organization with multiple pockets and a padded compartment which fits a laptop up to 15". The exterior front zipper pocket allows for last minute items. Two exterior side pockets can be utilized for a water bottle or phone storage. While on the move there are two dual top carry handles or a convenient piggy back strap which slides over the tubes of a luggage handle.

Be carefully when order

First order: The bag was soaping wet when opened(packing Box is cry though???). Second order: The stitch thread is loose. I requested for the reship, hope do not disappoint me the third time.

Broken Wheel

I used this bag twice and was under the 50lb weight limit. Good thing it has dual wheels because I noticed the second time I used it one of the wheels fell off. It may have come from the store like that but I am not sure. I would not recommend this bag. Also, it does weigh 10.5lbs so you are now limited to 40lbs more when traveling (not that I did not know that, but it does limit packing). I am staying here for 3 months so I will need to purchase a new bag before I go home. An uneeded expense. I like London Fog and thought I was purchasing a quality item. Very disappointed, especially after only using two times.

London Fog Regent 20 inch carry on

I love the color, style ease of zippers and expandable compartment. For that I would have given 5 stars,however, there are definate scratches and wear ?? on the outside of suitcase itself. The wheels are fine. That is why 3 stars. Im not returning because the inside is clean. Unfornate I would expect better from Macy's

Got Full Refund from Macys

Got full Refund from Macys no hassle, because Macy's web site read London Fog Regent 27" Check-in Expandable Spinner. Both got delivered to my house. Both are London Fog Regent 25". Turn around bought London Fog Brentwood III 29- Expandable Spinner. Very Happy.

I am terribly sorry for your experience at Macys. The packing dimensions (interior) measures 29".
Once you add in the wheels and to carry handle it measures approximately 32".
Both sizes are shown on the website and the product hang tag.
