Second Time Order

Customer Service

I had a return and a purchase and therefore went to the Returns Counter at the Macy's at Fox Valley Mall. The Associate on duty was Syeda and I do not have enough words to praise her. Not only was she extremely courteous and knowledgeable, but was willing to assist me with both my return and purchase without any fuss. She was very pleasant and professional and made my shopping experience very pleasant.

Too wide

It's a nice looking bag, but larger than stated dimensions (14 1/2 inches wide actually, not 13). Seems too wide to fit under an airplane seat. My current bag is 13 inches and it's a tight squeeze.

I love this bag

Didn't need it but I'm keeping it anyway. I love this bag! It opens up WIDE and you can see all your things right there. It's spacious enough, with pockets for little things. The wheels are nice and smooth and don't look like they would break off while going through baggage. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit under a Breeze airways seat, so I'll have to either check it or do overhead. But the look, feel, inside compartments and weight of it was a keeper.
