Crushed Zipper
The zipper was a bit crushed before I got it. I am a bit apprehensive about using it. Too much trouble to return. Disappointed.
Gorgeous but not Brand loud
Beautiful classy look, inside out both! The zippers move like breeze. Haven't traveled with it yet so can't say much about the wheels, though inside the house they feel very smooth moving in all directions. Someone mentioned about ink leaking from the lining, I'd doubt that but just to be safe first time travel I'll put a soft lining under my clothes. Looking forward to taking it on my international trip next month. I got both 25' and 20".

Ripped after using twice
The leather detail on the back of this bag is ripped and it is pulling the fabric of the bag itself. It has been used exactly twice and each time it was carried by my husband, not checked. It looked sharp when we got it, but now it looks ten years old.
Bad item
I didn't get the opportunity to use this it broke the day. Call Macy's and was able to return. Very dissatisfied with customer service.

Poor Quality
I just noticed my bag is torn from the bottom. I purchased this bag for a trip in May to Peru. I used it once! I’m getting ready for a trip next week and lifted it on the bed to begin packing and saw the rip. It’s not a small rip it’s big. I’ll need to see it or I won’t be able to use the bottom handle.

Nice looking 20" spinner carry on bag. Very roomy with extra pockets on front. Also expandable. Pleased with my purchase
