Can’t handle travel

The bag looks great but I took it brand new on a multi city European trip and the faux leather trip started to separate after the first flight. So disappointed.

Quality Durable Suitcase

Second purchase of the same spinner suitcase...love Love LOVE it! I purchased the second one for my daughter. Now we can both overpack. This bag expands beautifully. The wheels are solid and spin well. The I glided across the terminals and on pavement. We love the 2-tone color which helps us ID the bag in the baggage claim areas. Great job London Fog!

Other occasion to buy:I would recommend this luggage but don't sell them used. I didn't wanna buy a used luggage, I was hoping to buy new luggage's but this one I received it was used. The wheels are damaged on both of my luggage's only one I received new. I am very disappoint

I received used luggage

Two of the luggage's I received were used, the wheels are all scratches and damaged. I called Macy's costumer service as soon as I opened the package. They told me to take it to store and exchange for the same one. I did take it to store and they told me this is online purchase we don't have them here and to call the customer service again. I called them again and they said they don't have them and I should just returned them. I couldn't returned them because of my planned trip. I'm am very upset and disappointed in macys selling me a used stuff. I have many local stores around me where I can buy things and risk if is good quality or used but I use macys because I thought they are serious company and they care about their customers. Now I'm not sure anyone.
