Worst Quality Boots I Ever Bought

These turned out to be the worst quality shoes I’ve ever purchased. While cute and comfortable the soles literally cracked across the bottoms in less than a dozen wears. I only had them for a few weeks and only wore them around town for running errands and walking our dog around the block. I was astonished by the quick degradation of the shoe soles and when I reached out to London Rag for help I got none. They claimed I was outside the return period which was untrue. Macy’s showed I was still well within the return period and TBH even if I wasn’t I was disappointed the seller would so quickly dismiss me after only owning them for approx 1 month. They didn’t ask to see picks if the defective shoes nothing. So, personally I’ll never buy London Rag again after this experience. Macy’s however has always taken good care of me so I returned as defective and awaiting my refund which I pray I receive after this experience.

Broke after 1 time used!!! Do not buy

I used them one time only and they broke right in the middle from the sole part (the whole platform cracked). I wish I can send picture! I was so surprised! Such a horrible quality

Pretty but low quality

They are very pretty and warm but they broke after 3 weeks of use! I work office job so I was wearing them indoors but still not strong enough for that. I am getting real UGGS because those never failed me before and they cover me for the whole winter
