Macy's sent me a used watch

Buyers beware....I wast send a used watch....no plastic wraping on the watch and even one link in a little plastic bag was inside the box. Tooknit to macys store in Rancho Cucamonga 1 hour after Inreceuved by UPS and showed the store associate with the proof of delivery 1 hour prior and the associate agree it was used. Returned at the spot since I wanted the watch as a present for my brother. I wanted brand new with the blue wrapping on to the watch. Macy's you can do better than that. I ended buying the same watch at Blomingdales in the SouthCoast plaza better experience and brand spanking new watch.
