Great watch but Macys blew it and loses a star

1. Bracelet sizing: The authorized Longines seller is supposed to get your bracelet size. Longines will then adjust the bracelet to suit before shipping. Macys did not do this, now I have to pay to get extra links. 2. Authorized seller is supposed to register the watch and establish the warranty. Macys did not. Now I have a watch less that paperwork, as if I stole it off the truck. Thanks, Macys.
