Customer Service Was Unhelpful

Two of the items came broken. To get those replaced you have to return all of them. The entire process to refund was unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend buying furniture or dishware online.

Cup Handles are Fragile

The coffee cup handles broke on me twice. so now instead of 8 cups I have 6 and saucers with no cups to go with them. The plates get extremely hot of put in the microwave. They still look great, the coffee cups breaking without going in a dish washer was upsetting.

Elegance at the Table

This is my dressed to impress service for my family during the special events. My daughters and daughter-in-law always compliment me on the service. They also help me wash - this is not for the dishwasher. I have had the service for about 18 months and it still looks good. No wear-n-tear on the gold designs on the service.
