Security Tag Left On

This is the second item I have received this holiday season with a security tag. I was asked to tag it 70 miles both ways to get the tag off. I told them no way. Tried to reorder and it was cancelled. Tried again and they couldn’t figure it out. Called the store 70 miles away for help. They worked with customer support for help. That was 3 different calls, hours of time and I wasn’t compensated for my time for effort at all. There was a time Macys would do that when they treated a customer so poorly. BTW. Customer support was in Columbia, South America. Maybe that’s why there is no customer service. So sad Macys.

DO NOT ORDER MACY’S ONLINE

This is the second time I’ve ordered clothing online during the Christmas holidays. This sweater had no tags and torn at the collar. Great item, but crappy seller for sending a worn and tattered item!!! Macy has inconvenienced me yet again. So disappointed, will never order online again! Sellers are pathetic, Macy’s should stop doing business with them.

Very nice

The sweater has rather short sleeves. I had to order a size larger for my husband and the shoulder seems were too far down his arms.

Young Again?

The sweater I received is very nice looking, and seems well made. It fits well around the waist. However, it is the largest XL I have ever had in the shoulders. I have three other cardigans sweaters which I compared with this one, and, with the neck lines and armpits aligned, the difference in the shoulder to shoulder width is 6"; that's 3" on each side. I can tolerate a little amount of dropped shoulder in my clothes, but this one reminds me of the time I was five and dressed up in my father's clothes. It's really quite embarrissing to wear.
