Never delivered but charged me

This item was not delivered. Macys charged me for it and won't remove it from my account. How is that right. Macys is not honorable.

Snap broke within 2 hours

Purchased for my adult son. While it looked great, one of the snaps broke off after he wore it once. I’m returning and hoping that the next one is better.
