Ankle air space

I bought a wide to fit across the ball of my foot, which fit fine. However, the boot is oddly huge above the instep in the front. The curve upwards starts mid-foot which creates several inches of airspace between the front of the ankle and the boot front. When taking a step, the shoe doesn't engage until the heel lifts it from the back due to the 'slop' in the front. I am returning.

Problem with receiving

I did not purchase these boots. The 2 pair I did purchase have not been received and the delivery date keeps changing. This is NOT the first time I have had trouble receiving shoes from Macy/their carrier. If it is the carrier’s fault then Macy needs to change carriers.

Not really Wide width

Booties are really cute and although the box says wide, the boot is narrow. They are real leather so I’m excited that a stretching will happen.

These run a little large. I wear a half size and definitely should have sized down. Very cute and well cushioned!
