Arrived shattered
Arrived shattered - Could only return to manufacturer, not Macy’s. On manufacturers website, only offered Macy’s credit only. Had to contact Macy’s customer service who provided me a prepaid return label to manufacturer and promised a credit card refund once they are notified of my return by the manufacturer.
