Damaged.

After a long conversation over the phone with an agent, she promised these would not be damaged, but they are worse than the previous pair that I returned. Why doesn't anyone check them before shipping them? The prong clearly does not fit the slot. Wasting time and gas goin to the UPS store.

Okay, too thin, diamonds too tiny

Diamonds are invisible with no sparkle. The pavé setting looks like grooves in the silver, without the diamonds.
