Unhappy with Service at Macys

I didn’t care for the shoes after I got home. Went back to Macys too return them. I wasn’t allowed to . I had my receipt and everything! I was told that was a final sale but I wasn’t told that when I bought the shoes! Also I was told if I opened a new Credit card I would get 20 percent off! That wasn’t shone on my receipt. I was told it would show on my bill. Very disappointed in Servce!

Bad sizing

These shoes run EXTREMELY LARGE. I would need to size down by more than a half size easily. So disappointing as my local Macy’s doesn’t carry the shoe - so I cannot try on.
