Poor Service

I never received the correct shoe. I was sent a totally different shoe. The assistance I received to try to correct the problem was terrible. No effort what so ever from the employee. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in Macys.

Disappointed

After waiting weeks for my package. It finally came, only to open the box and have it be the incorrect shoes. I was so disappointed. I ended up going into the store to return and see what they could do. I received the most mediocre customer service ever. Not to mention when I ordered the shoes it was cancelled by Macys because they needed to verify more information. I had to call the customer service and they were able to reorder for me. What a headache and disappointment from Macys. I can’t believe it. Now the shoe is no longer available in my size. Smh! I’m given it one star cause I can’t give a zero.
