A Great Non-Stick Pan for the Health Conscious

I'd been cooking exclusively on cast iron exclusively for years in an effort to avoid the toxins contained in non-stick cookware, but grew tired of maintaining the fickle seasoning on my heavy cast iron pans. I had read about ceramic non-stick cookware being better, but not necessarily free of toxins. When I saw that Made In puts in the effort to have their cookware third-party tested for the presence of certain chemicals, I decided to give this CeramiClad pan a try. Let me tell you, it is SO NICE to have a non-stick pan in the kitchen again for those dishes that I'd otherwise have trouble with on cast iron. The non-stick surface works wonderfully. The pan is so light and easy to clean. I feel about as good as I can be cooking with it knowing that Made In has their cookware tested. I've got nothing but good things to say about this pan. It's been an amazing addition to my kitchen!

I purchased the 10” CeramiClad fry pan, my wife loved it. Very easy to use, nonstick, and easy to clean. Now she wants the Stainless Clad Saucier, (good thing her birthday is coming up).

Scuffed and scratched after 12 months

I have owned this pan for 12 months now. Well taken care of (only used rubber and wooden, low to medium heat). The coating is coming off. My partner and I love Made In but I would not recommend this pan.

LOVE!

I love, love, love this pan! So far I have cooked the most perfect eggs, and browned some meat which produced a beautiful sear! It is truly non-stick and so easy to clean up. I want the larger size now too!
