Nice pan but overly fragile
My main gripe with this pan is that it is VERY sensitive and generally developing more wear & tear than I would expect in just two months of using it. I really want to this pan to perform better than it has, especially given the high price point and the materials involved. However, even after handling it with care and following Made In's recommendations, it has developed multiple chips on both the base and the rim, as well as losing some of the non-stick quality from the ceramic coating. I do think this pan could be useful for someone cooking less or for particular nuanced dishes, but I would not recommend it for home chefs cooking at least once per day.

PERFECT EGGS
I’ve only used this pan for sunny side up eggs so far. And all of you out looking to cook the PERFECT eggs. Get this pan. I use a very little bit of Avacado oil, low heat, covered, and cook approximately 7 minutes, or until they just start turning a purplish color. That’s it. Delicious. I can’t wait to use it for other dishes. Stay tuned. Thanks Made In for making this my go to pan.

Non stick pan
Seems non stick is not really non stick…for our new set, made some scrambled eggs… still stuck to pan. For the price was hopeful of better

Best Fry Pan Ever!
Now, this is a great pan. I actually purchased the 8" ceramiclad a while back so knew this was a quality fry pan. Eggs and everything else just slide off. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

Perfect Pan to Make Perfect Eggs
I absolutely love this 9" CeramiClad frying pan. I followed the directions for use and it is amazing how beautifully my eggs turn out. I bought this especially for cooking eggs and I am so glad I did. I wanted a pan that was perfect for making eggs, one without chemicals in the materials used and one that had a non-stick surface. I did a lot of research before I finally decide on this pan. I am impressed with the quality of the material and design. I will be buying more. Thank you
