Good not Great
The CeramiClad™ frying pan performs well—nonstick is solid, cleanup is easy, and it heats evenly. The drawback is the ceramic surface, which is delicate and prone to chipping. Be very careful and use only wooden or silicone utensils. Overall, a good pan, but not quite great.

What a beautiful and incredibly useful pan
Seriously, I really don't need another pan but I had to have it. It is beautiful and so useful. Nothing, and I mean nothing sticks. It is a great addition and I am thinking about another one.

Replacement for a Competitor's Ceramic Skillet
My wife and I decided to invest in a complete set of Caraway pans after seeing a set at our nieces house. We read up on the benefits of non-toxic cooking, loved the sleek, modern look, and appreciated its natural non-stick attributes. We read the instructions, and were careful not to cook at at high temperatures, or use the dishwasher. Although the pans still look good after a year of use (despite a few minor chips, which I can't explain), I'm finding that the skillets have lost quite a bit of their non-stick qualities, especially in the center of the pan. Eggs and meat often stick, and the pans turn black during medium heat cooking. Heat distribution is very uneven, scorching in the center and barely cookig around the edges. I knew I wanted to replace a few of the worst skillets, but decided to do much more research this time, rather than rely solely on good looks and word of mouth. In the end, I decided that I didn't need so much another matched set of ceramic pans, but specific pans for specific purposes. I opted for a 12" Made In Ceramic Clad skillet as well as a 14" Made In Stainless Clad pan. I use the Ceramic Clad for eggs and delicate foods like fish, and cook no higher than "5" or "6" on our induction cooktop, which is plenty hot. I use the stainless pan for high heat cooking, especially browning meat. I think my next purchase will be a Made In Carbon Steel wok. I baby both new Made In products, using both the Made In stainless steel powdered cleanser and the ceramic liquid cleaner. I can report that both Made In skillets are working out beautifully. The Ceramic Clad has a slick surface. Fried eggs slip around with ease with only minimal fat. It cooks very evenly. It will also brown well, even though I'm cooking at medium heat. It's a gorgeous pan, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. Clean-up is a snap. I only use non-scratch sponges on the Ceramic Clad skillet, and keep the sponge separate from the the one I use for the stainless, as I use the Made In Cleanser with that one. The pan has a great handle which stays cool and is easy to maneuver, and the pan is perfect in terms of weight. One suggestion to others looking to mix and match different Made In surfaces: go with the brass handles, which look great, and tie the product lines together.

Can it be real?
We've tried numerous of other "non-stick" pans, but none have performed as well as this one. Cooks evenly, requires minimal, if any oil, cleans up like a dream. Very impressed.

Worth Every Penny!
This amazing pan is worth every penny I paid for it! My old frying pan was black, and looked like the edges were flaking off. I had recently been reading about that being dangerous, so started looking online for something safer. I decided to give this brand a try, and I must tell you that old pan went out to the garbage can!!! This new pan is slick, but still gives a good browning to foods being prepared. Cleanup is a breeze, and mine still looks brand new. It is a solid weight and feels good in my hand…you will feel like a professional chef! What are you waiting for? Bite the bullet and hit “add to cart”…..I promise you won’t regret it for a second👍❤️

Scratches easily
All of our new pans scratched easily after using them less than 5 times. They have the protectors inside.

Great Product
I just got a new induction cooktop and needed new stainless steel pans. I got a great deal on a 7 piece set but I was missing the small fry pan, which I just ordered. This cookware is amazing! Nothing sticks to it and it cooks quickly and evenly. Good investment and money well spent. I’m not a great cook but using these wonderful pans makes me feel like one!
