Beautiful, non-stick, is it durable?

I love the look of this pan and it really has been a major upgrade from my Our Place pan. This is truly non-stick. The one major downside is that I’ve had it for less than a few months and the ceramic is already chipping. I was very careful with the utensils I used and how I cleaned it… I even bought the Made In cleaner. I’m not sure if I’ll be purchasing more.

Chips in coating after 7 months

The ceramic coating itself is very good and the non stick has stayed non stick longer than any other ceramic pan we have owned (GreenPan, OurPlace, etc). However, after seven months of regular use with silicon utensils, there is a chip in the ceramic. Support says this is normal and expected but it does affect the look of the pan. Just be cautious if you do not like the idea of a ceramic pan slowly chipping after a few months.

Disappointed

Two ceramic pans ordered and one griddle and all three had defects with noticeable nicks in the ceramic. Quality control is lacking. Thinking I need to go in a different direction. Disappointed to say the least.
