LOVE!

I love, love, love this pan! So far I have cooked the most perfect eggs, and browned some meat which produced a beautiful sear! It is truly non-stick and so easy to clean up. I want the larger size now too!

Easy, no brainer purchase

Finally decided to make the jump to quality cookware, and could not be more satisfied with my selection of both CeramiClad pans, as well as a bevy of other stainless pots and pans as well. The CC is such a simple and wonderful way to cook, especially with more delicate foods the challenge my abilities on straight SS. Works flawlessly on induction cooktop, with quality cook and easy clean up. Definetly will want to add some silicon pan protectors between stacked pans. Highly recommend.

Good quality pans

I own several of the CeramiClad frying pans in different sizes. I use them daily. They are holding up well. I like the ceramic base for cooking food. Food does not stick to the pan. I recommend these pans however make sure you do not use metal utensils as they will scratch the pans.
