Good Stuff!

I've been impressed with this pan for sure! Definitely on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for, as in all things. Certainly requires a little extra upkeep (if you've never used carbon steel pans, research it), but it performs perfectly.

Waste of money. Cast Iron Wok

I used the product once, and when cleaning it, rusted pretty bad. I used the instructions provided by Made in to clear the rust, that made Wok look even worse. Off course the warranty doesn't cover that. Dont wasted you money or time with them !

Wow - an amateur like me loves this!

I bought this pan because of the reviews and because I wanted to get away from pans with a non-stick coating (teflon, etc.). My initial results were terrible because I didn't get the seasoning correct. Once I reseasoned following many YouTubes, the pan works amazing! I mostly use it for omellettes at this point and use cast iron for other things, but when I have more time over the winter I will experiment with searing meats, etc.
