Amazing griddles

We love this griddle. It fits perfectly on our outdoor grill and makes the most amazing food because of its ability to heat evenly and creates the perfect seer. We also have the large rectangular one.

This griddle has been a very nice addition to our outdoor charcoal grilling! It does a great job of putting a crust on steaks and smash burgers. So far, it appears to be very well made. It’s sturdy and finished nicely. It does have a bit of weight to it and I would have liked to have seen the handles edges rounded off as they are a bit sharp - consider getting the leather handle covers.

If you are considering buying this product to use on a charcoal grill, don't shy away: sprint away as fast as you can. Supposedly the griddle came seasoned, but I seasoned it twice more using Made In's product. The steaks I put on it stuck to the griddle so badly they nearly dismembered, and the cooking was ultra hot. I've been cooking over open flame charcoal for over 50 years and never had anything turn out so badly. I won't be returning this product--I will gain more satisfaction disposing of it at the Town recycling. It ruined easter dinner.
