Made In is an outstanding brand of cookware used by many professional chefs. I was surprised to find that Macys carries this brand! This Rousseau is a perfect smaller sized pan. 12” diameter. 6 qt. Perfect for roasting or frying chicken and for long slow braising. Fantastic quality!

I am old enough that my family has changed from 2 adults and 3 children to 8 adults and 4 grandchildren! Family dinner on Sundays has changed and required some updating not only of the kitchen but all my pots and pans. I have been buying Made In for replacements and have been so impressed with the quality and selection available. I have extended family dinners that now require not only the dining room and the daily dining table but need to had a third table with our extended family of Aunts, Uncles and cousins It is the perfect size for those in-between size meals! I have the 10 quart rondeau that is perfect for larger family gatherings/dinner. And have had many versatile uses with the 10 quart. I had wanted an additional pot that had the same versatility but smaller in size and the 6 quart rondeau is that perfect addition for smaller family dinners. It is deep and wide enough to prepare anything and moves from induction cooktop to oven! I find I can boil 5lbs of potatoes for mashing quicker with the wider surface area yet it is deep enough to cover potatoes with water. Another family favorite is sloppy joes which I make using up to 4 lbs of ground beef and again plenty of room with deep enough for the saucey finish. I use it to cook spaghetti/pasta again because the wider surface area comes to a boil and cooks quicker. I have seared and then braised in oven roasts up to 4lbs. Like all my Made In purchases, it is of high quality and easy to clean. I am very pleased!

My wife loves the stainless clad rondeau , she says that the size is perfect for the chicken stew for the whole family. It is such an elegant piece of cook wear and so well made.

Excellent rondeau, perfect size for a large ring, heats up quickly and evenly, love the straight from hob to oven. Tight fitting lid makes it ideal for slow cooking without drying. Thoroughly recommend it for any serious cooking. 5 stars !
