Really the best made pan I own
I have copper and stainless steel. Hestan nano bond (sent back after first use), and other High end SS pans. This is by far the best pan I have used to date. I love the SS and Brass handles. It looks very nice while using. But the best part is the cooking and cleaning. I pan seared a beef filet - WOW - I love Pittsburgh style, and this made cooking it easy and fast. Then the clean up - put straight in the dishwasher. Came out almost perfect. The best of both worlds. Every now and again, will have to touch up the bottom with a little scrub to bring back to looking brand new. I love a pan that is as easy to clean as fun and easy to use. Do heat up slowly with just a little spritz of oil of your choice. I am slowly getting all the pans, and pots, in the SS and Brass. My little treat to myself that makes me feel good every time I pull it out of the cabinet.

Aa an idler woman , I have had a set of stainless cookware for years and now I am building a set for my daughter & her family.. Preparing meals in her new skillet is a breeze plus having peace of mind knowing food is safely being cooked without harsh contaminants being dispersed into their food! Easy clean up & NO Sticking is always a plus.

It gets redundant but this equipment is simply the best. I have spent the last couple of years replacing my previous cookware with Made-In and have not missed a beat or been disappointed. It looks good, feels right and cooks reliably and consistently. Simply the best.

So Well Made
Recently we decided to go all-in using stainless steel pans to cook. We owned several stainless steel pans already but not one this size. So we ordered the 8" with the gold handle. It's just performed beautifully, cooks evenly, quickly and is easy to clean. It's also very pretty, I'm tempted to buy more just to get the gold handle.
