Failure on Quality and Customer Service
Terrible quality. Disappointing. Macys should be embarrassed. When I contacted Customer Service the rep Drew kept me on the phone for 38 minutes. Ultimately offering a $5.40 credit.

Very Thin
I bought this based on the photos and the reviews. I must have received the one which wasn't supposed to pass QC Inspection but somehow slipped through because this throw is unbelievably thin. It seems as if it was supposed to have some kind of filling and they failed to insert it. It is soft, but so is a 2-ply tissue. I just received it today and am still debating whether or not to keep it. Even for the sale price, it just doesn't seem worth it and I'm also really leery about what it's going to look like after I wash it.
