Botched Order

I did not receive chairs. One day after ordering I called Macys to change color. I was told could not do that. I would have to cancel order and reorder. The only way to cancel was to wait until there was an attempt to deliver chairs and refuse order. I am going thru that process. I would like to reorder in the color of my choice but now the price is no longer sale price. I don't call this customer service., Macys has always had a good reputation (even since Hudson's) but service is probably outsourced so not helpful. So Macy's lost out on sale and I lost out on chairs I really like but for the color.
