Poor quality - fleece pulling away from f throw

I didn’t even remove plastic wrap and could see the fleece had pulled away from the material. Looked torn Don’t buy cheaply made. Was to be a gift returning.

We are truly sorry and deeply concerned to hear that your throw arrived in such poor condition. We understand how disappointing it is to receive an item intended as a gift, only to see through the packaging that the fleece had pulled away and appeared torn. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with "cheaply made" quality when you are expecting a plush, beautiful present for someone special, and we sincerely apologize for the letdown and the extra effort of having to return it.

You deserve a product that arrives in pristine condition and reflects the care you put into choosing a gift, and we regret that this throw fell so far short of those standards.
