Terrible after washing
This blanket was so cozy and amazing when it came in the mail. The first thing I did was wash it before use. It came out a matted mess. Terrible, terrible. Looks like someone’s old cat.

Received item in the wrong color
I ordered this in Lavender. Everything I received from confirmation to updates about shipping showed I had ordered Lavender. However, it is grey and now too late to do an exchange because it was a gift.

Beautiful throw
I purchased this throw for a gift for my bookclub holiday party. The woman who received the throw was thrilled with it. She said it looked like a mink coat!
