Purchased on 9th. Marked shipped on 9th. 17th still sitting - says label created/never picked up. Christmas gift needed by 20th...said 3-6 business days from ship. Never received...called to cancel. Told cannot cancel because it's shipped. Even though NEVER left facility / never picked up! Way to hold your customers hostage as I now have to wait to receive to just send it back & must go find another gift for my intended recipient...so will be out both costs until this is resolved!

It is incredibly discouraging to be told an order cannot be canceled despite the tracking showing it never left the facility, and we sincerely apologize for the "hostage" feeling this situation has created.
We realize that being out of pocket for two gifts while waiting for a return process to clear is a significant financial and emotional burden during the holiday season. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I purchased this blanket and in four months it stopped working and the controller displayed an Error code. I reached out to the warranty department. They were kind and sent out a new blanket. However four months later this blanket is no longer working and displaying an Error code.

This was a cozy blanket with absolutely no heat. I will be returning as soon as I get a ride to the store. Not a happy girl here, this was a pricy blanket?

I looked high and low for either a cotton or wool electric blanket and the only ones I could find were in Australia, which means they are not compatible with our plugs. Apparently natural fiber electric blankets are not a thing in the US. But, this blanket is well-made, soft and fluffy, plug and play (except for the timer feature that requires sort of a Rube Goldberg setup, and gawd forbid I should burn 0.0000001% of a calorie and reach over to turn it off myself). The control is easy to read (the model I bought goes up to 20), and the light stays on, which I believe isn't a feature some people like, but I like to see if it's off or on. The literature claims that the EMF toxicity is pretty much non-existent.

Heats up quickly with many different settings. It also remembers your previous settings rather than having to reprogram each night. Very soft!
