Well made

I use my kitchen express daily. I use it to making shake, ice coffee or using the food processor. I have been using the kitchen express 8 months and it has disappointed. I have no complaints. Well worth the money.

Small, Fast and Powerful

It chops, grates, and shred my vegetables FAST that make my cooking time faster. It's light weight and easy to store in a small space. This product changed my life!! Shredding potatoes without any effort, it’s amazing! I cook an potato egg breakfast burrito every day after I bought this. Only thing is not good enough is slicing veggies (slices) but other settings work perfect

Excited, but getting disappointed!

We bought this excited that it was multifunctional, but with the main purpose going to be the blender. We've attempted twice now - the first time with frozen/fresh fruit mix and realized the cross blade was not meant for frozen fruit. So the second time we did strictly fresh, room temperature fruit and it still did not blend. I don't know if it's user error because this is our first blender experience, but having to put everything in the processor to chop/blend and then dump over to our blender bottles is more clean up and hassle then we had in mind when purchasing this item. The cross "blades" are pointless. They have no edge to them, and they barely stir the contents of your bottle. Other than that, we've used the other functions of this (chopping, shredding, processing) and we enjoy those functions - side note, the chopping function slices paper thin slices - no option to adjust thickness.

Utterly useless for elderly

I bought this food processor for my elderly mother and she found it too difficult to have the strength to twist the processor section onto the base section. I contacted - left a message on magic bullet's support for tips to solving this problem and they never got back to me.

Not the greatest quality

Gets the job done but there are a lot of small quality issues - the knob on the main body keeps falling off and the top is difficult to click into place.
