Wrongly made

I bought this bra and I always wear a 40b in this style, for years . So the last time I ordered it it was tight, I measured it and it was a 32b, the tag said 40b but when I measured it it was 32 what is going on??

Don’t buy anything online from Macy’s.

Have still not received this order. How can I enjoy or review it. Will not order from Macy’s again. Paid for expedited shipping on prior order and it took two weeks to arrive-long after I needed it.
