Metal bar down the middle. Otherwise nice!

I love the look of this sofa as a sofa but as the King size bed there is a metal bar down the middle that is not very comfortable and I think it could be fixed with an additional mattress pad or yoga mat or something to cover the metal bar in the middle. I'm not sure why they decided to divide the cushions in that way, but you definitely feel the metal bar if you are using the king size bed pull out function. It's a beautiful color and a soft and it is assembled nicely. It's sturdy and also a weird thing is the ottoman could use a few elastic straps on the corners to keep the pillows inside, I'm not very handy with the needle and thread but I think a simple addition of about 3 in of elastic on each corner could help? I like that it comes with throw pillows. I definitely added a few to fill out the sofa. Shipping was quicker than I expected and also keep in mind that this is not a Macy's product, so you will not be able to return it. If you do not like it, make sure you measure and then measure again before ordering.
