never received

I ordered for store pickup up. I just picked it up and opened the box at rhe store to find a computer and keyboard. That's why I was puzzled at the weight of the box. Had to get a refund. Now I have no item that was to be a birthday gift in two weeks. Unbelievable! They are not carried in the stores and I certainly can chance ordering another one not that I have tome to. Very upsetting. Who mistakes a computer and keyboard for a leather bag?
