Too Heavy and Already Coming Apart

It's a beautiful bag and the leather smell is amazing IYKYK. All of the external pockets were exactly what I was looking for. Sadly, mine was coming apart where the zipper goes underneath the triangular shaped end of the strap base. The bag is also very heavy and hurts my shoulder. Gorgeous leather but not so great with the stitching.

So disappointed that Macy's cancelled my order

I love the looks of this bag, I need a bag with plenty of room and looks beautiful, this purse has buttery leather and fine details and I was so excited to buy it! But all of a sudden Macy's sent me a notice I was getting a refund, then they asked me to say how I liked the refund process. Just like now, they are asking me to give a review of how I like the purse that I never got! I WANT and love the purse and they're making one mistake after another. I have no purse, they now hiked the price up on this purse online, why they cancelled is a mystery to me because it is in stock with no issues there. I love and want my merchandise! Macy's screwed up in every way and I wish I had my purse! I would hope they send a purse after all this nonsense AND at the same lower price I had paid for it originally. This is not fair!

Beautiful bag but too big for me

This Mancini crossbody handbag is a beautiful quality made pebble leather. It has lots of pockets. However it is large enough that it doesn’t work for a crossbody bag on me. If it was smaller I would keep it.
