The perfect leather backpack

I have been looking for this exact bag for ages. Pebbled leather is soft but hides scratches, check. Neutral brown that would go with everything, check. Leather, and not cloth straps, check. Nice height and overall size, check. Pockets on the inside and outside, check.

Well made but straps not comfortable

Arrived nicely and securely packed. Leather is soft, good quality craftsmanship. I liked backpack's size and design. Doesn't hold shape when papers removed, so it has to be filled with stuff. Shoulder strap edges are stiff, they rub in the front of my shoulders/arms. Will be returning.

Zipper broke after a couple months

Had this purse for a few months and now the zipper is broken. Too late to return. Otherwise, I really liked it.
