Snap on wallet broke within one day

The snap on this pricey wallet broke within one day of use (after it took over a week to arrive). The Macy's rep told me 2x that he would have the replacement expedited to my sister's home -- to the name and address I provided -- so that I would not have to reship the item. NOPE. It took 4 calendar days to arrive and I have to pay more to ship it and take it to the post office. My sister also has to reship the broken wallet from her home UPS Store. A photo of the broken item should have sufficed. That will be my last on-line order with Macy's.

Damage

I was so excited to get my wallet and when it arrived yesterday I found that the tab that opens the zipper on the inside is broken. I am able to open it with my finger, but it has a tiny sharp spot where it is broke off. I would return it except it took 11 days to get to me and the Macy's in town does not have it. It is a beautiful wallet and it is a minor issue, I am just a little bummed.

Purchased this wallet in July. The inside zipper lead broke off without any pressure opening it up. Not impressed with this quality.
