Don't Buy!!!

I purchased these boots on 12/31/25 and didn't wear them until 2/17/26. The left heel makes a clicking noise on every step!!!! I am furious because I miss the return deadline!! I want compensation!!

cheap

Hi wish I had returned this but I was hoping they just needed to be broken in. They weren't all that cheap in price but they are made cheaply! The heel pops and squeaks and the toe is already peeling off after just a few wears. I'm surprised for this brand and I will never purchase again!

Disappointed.

This boot is attractive and fits well. The quality is not good at all. Worn for the first time today for a couple of hours, and the heels are making popping sounds. Will reach out to customer service to see what can be done.

Do not buy this booties

I purchased a pair of ankle booties and wore them for a total of about four hours. After this very limited use, the front pointed area of the booties was already damaged. This level of wear after only a few hours of normal use is unacceptable. I contacted customer service regarding the issue, but no action or resolution was provided. I am disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer support.

Disappointed!

I had high hopes for these shoes. First, I want to say that the leather is very soft, too soft, like bonded leather-not genuine leather- so I do not expect the life of these shoes to last very long. I received them damaged, so naturaully I returned them and had a replacement pair sent out to me. The second pair I received were also damaged. I didn't bother ordering a third. Seems that the "leather" is too soft to even surving shipping. Looks like that damage was from rubbing in the shoe box. See pictujres for reference. As a shoe buff, I honestly wouldn't recommend.
