Disappointment

One star due to issue with this gift. One of the bottles had a lid that was not secure, causing the fragrance to spill and evaporate before the gift was opened. Since Macy’s has no replacements, the recipient opted to keep the three remaining bottles. No other options to receive a partial refund.
