Not perfect sizing

Got a 38R and 40R. Both jackets were short on the arms and the pants were not the size they were supposed to be. Beautiful color and material though.

The suit itself wasn’t bad!

Runs extremely small! Suit itself wasn’t bad, it came severely wrinkled & the box it came in was completely ripped & torn open. Have to return because of it running so small.

Nice Suite but sizing is way off

The suit is beautiful but... Buyer beware of sizing! It may say 38R but the actual size was 31w and the jacket was, oh i don't know, pre teen at best

46 is my perfect size. Just need a Taylor to fix the pants. A little to wide.

Delivery of packages

This package showed up like it had a fight with a fork lift. The package weighed 4 pounds. I then had to stay on the phone with various Customers service individuals to get a call tag and a replacement order. Macys you need to do better in handling these situations. I now understand how you are closing so many stores. Customers matter. Take our feedback to be better.
