Runs small! Very fitted, so if you don't want it tight, I'd suggest sizing up. Sleeves were long for me also. I'm 5'4", 114, and the small was too tight. .

Loved the top I ordered

Loved the top I ordered but didn’t realize the pencil skirt has pockets at the hips. Great if you don’t have much in the way of hips, not great if you do. And apparently I can’t return it from Canada which is super annoying.
