Very Frustrating Experience From Start to Finish

Very disappointing experience overall. The item did not arrive on the delivery date listed on Macy’s website, it was actually five days late, which meant I couldn’t wear it to my event and never even had the chance to try it on. I initiated a return immediately, but the process has been frustratingly slow. It took an entire week for the return shipment to be received, and even after confirmation that it was delivered back to them, I still have not received my refund. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would need to wait an additional 7–10 days after delivery to receive my money back. The dress itself may have been nice, but if you need reliable delivery timing or a smooth, timely return and refund process, this may not be the best company to order from.

Evening cocktail hour dress

This dress is comfortable and beautiful. The material is thick enough and has just the right amont of stretch. It is very long so most people would need to have it hemmed. Overall love it!

Perfect for Petites!

Looks amazing and fits just as well! It’s so hard to find cute formal wear for petites, especially in unique styles. And cutting for length is not a solution because the measurements up top are often wrong. So I was beyond happy to find this and can’t wait to wear it out. I hope to see more from this brand.

Very nice design…

… but what is with the ponte knit fabric! This beautiful design and price deserved a much better fabric! I am still thinking about keeping it! I am really not that fond of the fabric!
