2nd Pan Ordered

I have now ordered 2 of these pans, and both arrived tarnished/stained and scratched. I call Macy's customer service to inquire if this was a known issue and if there was anything I should do to at least fix the tarnish/stain. I was offered an apology and offered to be sent yet another pan. Unfortunately I cannot include a picture, but I have seen other sites where these pans in a 12 inch diameter were reviewed and had the same issues.
