I think every kitchen should have at least one silicone baking mat. It creates a nonstick surface, protects your bakeware and cuts back on using throw-away parchment. I have used these baking mats for years. Love them.

I had read about Silpat so I was excited to try. While the item is flexible, it is not flimsy. It is the perfect size for my cookie sheets. I also used it when kneading bread.

The first time I used it the ink in the border and words smooshed and became sticky preventing me from using it again. I didn't want to eat dye and chemicals. Not good quality.

Exactly as advertised. Plus I really like the recipes included.

I use these for lining baking trays. Nothing sticks, especially sugary baked goods. I also use them for kneading smaller amounts of bread dough.

I love these Silpat baking mats, I have several of them and was so happy to see them on sale. They really do not wear out, but if you're lining multiple baking trays (as I am in these shelter-in-place times) you need more than one. This size is too small to use as a nonstick surface for rolling and shaping dough, but perfect for lining baking trays and kneading bread dough.

She's a great baker and decided to try macrons. Purchased these mats and baking sheets from Macy's. Excellent service and wonderful products.
