More comfort

I think that this mattress topper don’t provide the comfort that it promotes.

Stuck Up

The product never fully fluffed out. It is stuck together in certain areas and wavey around the top and bottom edges. I purchased it for guests for the holiday and was not able to use it.

Defective Product

I purchased two full 2" toppers for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. After a week lying flat on the floor, the foam still has not risen in either topper. I purchased the same topper for myself a year ago and I have had no problems. I'm so embarrassed to give this defective gift. Of course, the boxes were thrown away during Christmas morning cleanup so I can't take them back to Macy's.

Bad quality

Never decompressed . Very bad odor to product. When I went to the nearest Macy’s to return , there were none in stock . Very inconvenient.

Foam never regained fullness

The foam topper came compressed and after laying it out as directed, after 4 days it never regained its fullness. Ended up returning.

Perfect!

Perfect for our needs. We originally purchased a 4” memory foam mattress topper but it was way too high and hard to turn over from side to side when sleeping. This 2 “ is perfect for us.

Comfy Cozy

YES! finally sleeping thru the nite. I lay down and I'm down for the count. Cozy is how I will describe my memory foam.
