The packet was open and the towels got dirty. They usually have them in a clear plastic bag. These towels were just put in a mailing bag. It got torn and the towels got dirty.

Not delivered packed right

The towels ive bought in the past have always been packed in a clear plastic. Then usually in a box or plastic delivery bag. This time the towels were loose in the gray plastic bag. It was torn during shipping and the towels arrived a little dirty.
