poor quality and functionality

the quality is pretty cheap since it came with permanent indentation from something sharp within the box since you have to assemble yourself. It also has no backing to the headrest so head falls back since it has no backing to the head pillow portion

Massage Chair recliner

Well, this chair has hundreds of screws and bolts and pieces and no written directions. Only pictures. Plus it is very thin faux leather and kids with metal toys and pet claws will tear it up in 3 minutes. Also I am short and it is hard for me to push back to recline. The final con is that IT DOES NOT COME WITH A USB CABLE OR PLUG. I bought another one a few years ago from Wayfair that comes with a seat and a back. I had to hire someone to put this one together.
