so far, pretty good

can't complaint much, so far pretty clean on my eggs. The lid is heavy. I wish I can upload some photos.

Not a non stick surface

This is not a non stick pan. It can't even handle the fried eggs. I've tried medium heat with good amount of oil. Tried chicken breast, pork belly, eggs. All sticky. I definitely won't recommend this if you are looking for a non stick pan.
